General Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of order placement.

Proof of Purchase

Clearance/Sale Products

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging, specifically the Taste of Cannabis carton it was shipped in. Failure to use this carton may result in penalties due to product damage.

Customer Error Returns

If a return is necessary due to customer error, such as ordering the incorrect size, the customer will be responsible for all incurred return shipping fees. The shipping fees for return collection within South Africa are R65 (from your door back to our warehouse).

Refund Deductions

In the case of a refund, Taste of Cannabis will deduct R130.00 from the order amount to cover all shipping costs, including the original delivery cost.

Company Error Returns

If a return is necessary due to an error from Taste of Cannabis, the company will cover all shipping fees incurred.
